Step 1 : Submit a New Case
  • Select Case Type (CBCT, Panoramic, or Comparison)
  • Fill in Patient Information and Clinical Information
  • Upload the multi-file DICOM files in the zipped folder. (For CBCT)
Step 2 : Case Assigned to Radiologist
  • Standard turnaround is 2 to 4 business days
  • Rush turnaround time is next business day or sooner
Step 3 : Case Completed
  • You will receive an e-mail when the case is completed
  • Login to your account to download the completed PDF report.
  • Access all your case reports 24/7 through our secure web portal.
  • The reports and scan will be saved on our server for 3 months.
Step 4 : Payment Options
  • End-of-month billing: If you select this option, an invoice for all completed cases will be issued at the end of the month. Payment should be made by submitting a check for the invoiced amount.
  • Pay-as-you-go: If you choose this option, you will be prompted to complete payment through a secure PayPal portal. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
