How it Works

Step 1: Submit a New Case

Select Case Type (CBCT, Panoramic, or Comparison)
Fill in Patient Information and Clinical Information
Upload the multi-file DICOM files in the zipped folder. (For CBCT)

Step 2: Case Assigned to Radiologist:

Standard turnaround is 2 to 4 business days
Rush turnaround time is next business day or sooner

Step 3: Case Completed:

You will receive an e-mail when the case is completed
Login to your account to download the completed PDF report
Access all your case reports 24/7 through our secure web portal
The reports and scan will be saved on our server for 3 months.

Step 4 :Payment

At the end of the month, an invoice for all the completed cases will be sent .
The payment is done by sending the cheque of the invoiced amount
